What we collect, and why

We collect the minimum needed to produce your report and, if you ask, to follow up with you.

To run an analysis

• Your business name, website, category, location and any competitors you list.
• The public content of your homepage, robots.txt and sitemap.
• The AI answers we collect for your report.

You don't need to provide an email address or create an account to see your report. Reports are available only to people who have the link and are not indexed by search engines.

If you request a consultation

Your name, email, company, optional phone number and message, which we use only to contact you about your report and our services. We never sell your details.

Usage analytics

We record anonymous product events (for example, “report viewed”) with a random session ID so we can improve the experience. These events don't contain your name or contact details.
